Hey there!

My name is Sanya. I'm a freelance and comic artist originally from Winnipeg, but currently based out of Toronto, Canada.

As a freelancer, I take on a variety of art-related projects -- everything from concept sketches to full-fledged illustrations and comic books. All of my work I do from start to finish: that includes penciling, inking, and coloring. Check out my portfolio for some examples of my work and my process. Outside of my freelance work, I focus on my very own comic book: 1001.

1001.

"1001" is a reimagining of the life of Scherezade: the cunning heroine of the original tale "One Thousand and One Arabian Nights."
